In a single year, our medical staff performed 43,000 exams and vaccinated 47,000 animals.

In 2023, we found homes for more than 6,000 pets from our adoption centers in NY, and facilitated over 50,000 adoptions around the country working with our network of over 2,000 shelter partners.

But deep down, and despite the heartbreaking emails waiting in my inbox every morning, I believe that for every cruel person in this world, there are countless others who are kind, caring, and compassionate. This is especially true in animal welfare, where so many good people stand together to fight animal cruelty in all its ugly forms.
