Hello. The plants in the attached pictures look normal. In this case, it is recommended to remove the slightly deteriorated portions (most likely caused by the stress suffered during planting).
For stimulating their rooting, you may consider using a fertilizer such as Root Stimulator Manna Wurzelforte, 1 litre, which supports the development of the root system and strengthens the roots.
Additionally, during the growing season, you may consider the regular application of a special conifer fertilizer, such as Fir Fluid, 350 ml or Evergreen Fluid, 350 ml, by foliar spraying, as recommended in the description of the chosen product. These fertilizers support the plants’ resistance to stress factors, increase the density of the foliage and help prevent deficiencies and the browning of foliage.
However, you should also bear in mind that a successful planting can be influenced by many biotic and abiotic factors and the trees’ development cannot be accurately predicted. It is known that the chance of success in the case of seedlings is lower for larger specimens because the size of the root system is disproportionate (considerably smaller) to the size of the above-ground parts of the plant.

I just found some kind of larvae/caterpillars inside these “little baskets” formed on the cypress leaves. One of them has bent and relatively stiff tips – they seem to be drying out. What do you recommend? Thanks.

In this case, it is recommended to remove (by pruning) the formations that have appeared on the branches and to carry out 1-2 treatments, at 7 days intervals, with BactoSpeine DF, 10 g, in a dose of 10-20 g/10 L water, applied by foliar spraying.

Hello! I planted these leylandii cypresses on March 23. A few of them have these brown parts. They are watered twice a week. What do you advise me to do in this case? Thank you!

Hello. In order to help you with recommendations, please check carefully and let us know if you notice any other unusual symptoms (including when removing the brown plant parts). Additionally, please attach some photos of the plants as a whole (including the soil at their base). Please also describe the existing environmental conditions and other information that may be relevant in this case.
